The location was great. 5 mins from all the main action. The rooms were huge and equipped with so many amenities like robes, pyjamas, skincare kits. They did a really nice evening service leaving you chocolates and a little card with the next day's forecast which was a lovely touch. The executive lounge was worth paying for, we got breakfast every day which was plentiful and included happy hour free drinks in the evening time. You can also book massage services at an extra cost where the therapists come to your room which was nice. The room had a lovely view of the city. The bellboys are great and always really helpful upon arrival and departure, and always helped us hail a cab when we needed one.

The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and were always happy to assist when needed. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The beds were also very comfortable! The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and a few dishes were also changing daily, which added to the variety. Location was also a big plus, situated right next to Kokusai Street. Would recommend!

The hotel is near Kokusai-dori with a lot of shops and food outlets. The room was very comfortable and the hotel provided a selection of pillows that we could select from. Car park facilities are great as they had a dedicated facility just opposite the hotel for cars. Last but not the least, the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Best hotel in our two stay in Japan. Top end hotel for a great price. The staff were very attentive and really made you welcome. Room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Great jacuzzi and terrace swimming pool. Kids loved it! Location spot on - easy from the airport and fun area.

Tom

Breakfast is the best part of our stay, plenty of flavors and choice can eat. Room is not big but still enough for us. Location is really great, only 5 mins walk to Kokusai-dori and find foods or shopping. Pool is also good with a hot tub beside. My kids have very good time during this stay.
